Nach dem Festival ist vor dem Abbau und da sind nicht nur die Beine etwas schwergängiger (siehe Foto). Wir haben gemerkt, dass die Rückerstattung beim MIT DIR 2023 nicht ganz optimal ablief. Wir wollen das besser machen! Damit ihr alle euer Geld schnellstmöglich zurückbekommt, wird es dieses Jahr verschiedene Auszahlungswellen geben. Nachfolgend findest du alle wichtigen Informationen zur Rückerstattung deines Chip-Guthabens.
Online-Anmeldung für die Auszahlung öffnet:

Der Link wird ab dem 02.08.2024 um 12:00 Uhr aktiv sein.
Die Auszahlung erfolgt in verschiedenen Wellen. Wann du dein Geld erhältst, hängt davon ab, bis zu welcher Deadline du das Auszahlungsformular ausgefüllt hast.
Erste Auszahlungswelle:
Formular ausgefüllt bis zum 14.08.2024
Zweite Auszahlungswelle:
Formular ausgefüllt bis zum 28.08.2024
Dritte Auszahlungswelle:
Formular ausgefüllt bis zum 11.09.2024
Ende der Auszahlungsanmeldungen:
27.09.2024 (18:00 Uhr)
Beachtet bitte, dass die Auszahlung 1-3 Werktage dauern kann.
Beispiel:
Wenn du das Formular am 28.08. um 16:00 Uhr ausfüllst, wirst du in die dritte Auszahlungswelle eingereiht und erhältst dein Geld innerhalb von 1-3 Werktagen nach dem 11.09.2024.
Nach diesem Datum wird das restliche Guthaben automatisch an unseren Kulturverein "Unter einer Decke Kultur e.V." gespendet. Dieser Verein setzt sich für die Förderung von Musiker*innen aus unserer Region ein und unterstützt das MIT DIR Festival in sämtlichen Bereichen. Wir möchten den Verein weiter ausbauen und freuen uns daher über jede Spende.

After the festival is before the dismantling and it's not just the legs that are a little heavier (see photo). We realized that the refund process at MIT DIR 2023 was not quite optimal. We want to do better! To ensure that you all get your money back as quickly as possible, there will be various payout waves this year. Below you will find all the important information about the refund of your chip credit.
Online registration for the payout opens:
Friday, 02.08.2024 at 12:00 noon

The link will be active from 02.08.2024 at 12:00.
The payout will be made in different waves. When you receive your money depends on the deadline by which you have completed the payout form.
First payout wave:
Form completed by 14.08.2024
Second payout wave:
Form completed by 28.08.2024
Third payout wave:
Form completed by 11.09.2024
End of payout applications:
27.09.2024 (18:00)
Please note that the payout may take 1-3 working days.
Example:
If you complete the form on 28.08. at 16:00, you will be placed in the third payout wave and will receive your money within 1-3 working days after 11.09.2024.
After this date, the remaining balance will automatically be donated to our cultural association "Unter einer Decke Kultur e.V.". This association is committed to promoting musicians from our region and supports the MIT DIR Festival in all areas. We would like to further expand the association and are therefore happy about every donation.
